Mole Removal
Our mission is to deliver the best Services to you.
Moles are common and often, but not always, harmless. They vary in color from flesh tones to dark brown, blue, red, can be flat or protruding, and can appear anywhere on the body. Though some moles begin in infancy, most appear throughout one’s early adulthood. During pregnancy or with prolonged exposure to the sun, moles may darken.
Unwanted moles can be surgically removed. Atypical moles can be associated with a higher frequency of skin cancer. Any change in a mole should be examined by a medical dermatologist in order to assess the need for a biopsy and determine whether or not it is a cancerous requiring further surgery.
The Kopelson Clinic can advise you about how to get rid of moles, and offers a number of solutions to remove moles. Peter Kopelson, M.D. and Sheri G. Feldman, M.D. are both expert diagnosticians either of whom can safely perform mole removal.
