According to reports, doctors lack faith in the Lifestyle Lift because it offers the impossible and also poses a threat to the patient by cutting corners. It is the newest form of a procedure called the skin-only facelift, first performed in 1904. The skin-only facelift was quickly abandoned due to excessive scarring and other medical issues.
Generally speaking, you never want to cut corners in any medical procedure, including plastic surgery.
