Move More, Sleep Better

“…results from the National Sleep Foundation’s 2013 Sleep in America poll give us yet another reason to get moving: convincing evidence suggests even just an extra 10 minute walk each day can lead to a more peaceful, deep slumber.”

So says an article by Assistant Editor Katherine Villavicencio for New Beauty called The More You Move, the Better You Sleep.

The study also shows no difference in sleep quality based on the time of the workout. This means a late workout won’t keep you up, but rather help you sleep.
