The health benefits of eating organic foods and produce is widely known these days, but did you realize that by eating well you might also be improving the appearance of your skin as well?

According to Jeanine Downie, MD, a dermatologist from Montclair, New Jersey, the hormones in inorganic foods like chicken can actually cause you to break out with “hormonal acne”. Another dermatologist, Dr. Gilly Munavalli from Charlotte, NC, says that inorganic dairy products are also associated with skin outbreaks.
