This week, I did my first Pure Barre class and I love it!
Pure Barre is designed for women’s bodies. It tones while lengthening the muscles, using a ballet barre, light weights, and bands. I took one of the hardest bootcamps in the country—designed for college and pro athletes—but Pure Barre still left me breathless and struggling to maintain form. The class is carefully audited by the instructor, who continually corrects the participants as needed.
This workout is all about maintaining the correct form and how hard you squeeze.
So get ready to squeeze correctly!
