I LOVE kale.
Cooked or raw, it’s a staple in my diet. It can be mixed with a number of other tasty items: dried fruit, diced apples, garlic, red onion, goat cheese, almonds, and toasted sesame seed oil—I often mix all of that with raw kale at once. Full of vitamins and fiber, it is an inexpensive way to add anti-aging components to any diet.
And now I have just stumbled on another kale recipe that I’m eager to try, especially with all this holiday food I’ve been scarfing down!
