Just in time for Labor Day Weekend, a new analysis of 17 studies comes out touting the benefits of a low-carb diet to fight aging and weight gain.
Of 1,141 obese dieters, the dieters eating low-carb diets averaged eighteen pounds lost in six months to a year. Their waists got smaller while their good cholesterol increased and their blood sugar improved.
According to the analysis, low carb should no longer be viewed as unhealthy with all the health benefits it provides.
